Role Summary We are looking for a creative and technically strong Graphic & Multimedia Designer to lead our visual output across digital, print, and product-related media. You will produce eye-catching content that helps elevate our brand and supports product launches, marketing campaigns, and online presence. Key Responsibilities • Create high-quality visual and multimedia content for ads, digital campaigns, product packaging, and promotional materials., • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms., • Design assets for social media, websites, online stores, and marketing materials., • Take creative concepts from brainstorming to final delivery., • Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree or above in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field., • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)., • Solid understanding of branding, layout, colour theory, typography, and visual storytelling., • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines., • Experience in motion graphics or 3D design is a plus., • A portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills is required. Salary £34,000 – £42,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role The Sales Manager is responsible for driving overall sales performance in the shop and managing key client base. This role combines hands-on retail sales leadership with strategic sale management, ensuring growth across both in-store and business-to-business (B2B) channels. You will lead the sales team, develop sales strategies and online channels, maintain strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and brand presence. Key Responsibilities: • Sales & Business Development, • Develop and implement sales strategies for in-store, B2B, and online channels., • Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with B2B clients (restaurants, cafés, offices, catering companies)., • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service agreements for wholesale clients., • Monitor sales trends, product performance, and customer behaviour to optimise product mix, pricing, and promotions., • Online Sales & Digital Presence, • Oversee 99 VietMart’s online sales channels: website, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Google My Business, and delivery platforms., • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings and pricing across all online platforms., • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, Google Ads, and email/WhatsApp newsletters., • Analyse online performance metrics and adjust strategies to increase sales and engagement., • Staff Leadership & Training, • Train and coach staff in product knowledge, upselling, cross-selling, and customer service., • Set sales targets and track staff performance, providing feedback and incentives., • Ensure consistent in-store service quality and operational standards., • Promotions & Supplier Coordination, • Plan and execute seasonal and cultural promotions (e.g., Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival)., • Work with suppliers on co-branded promotions, product launches, and in-store tasting events., • Develop bundled offers and promotional campaigns to increase both retail and B2B sales., • Operational Management, • Monitor inventory levels, identify slow-moving items, and implement strategies to reduce waste., • Report on monthly KPIs including sales performance, online growth, B2B account progress, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)., • 3+ years of experience in retail sales management, account management, or a related role (food industry experience preferred)., • At least B2 English. Bilingual in languages is a plus., • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals., • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills., • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities., • Experience CRM tools., • Passion for food, customer service, and team success.
