Location of role Oxford, UK Department Legal Key Responsibilities Purpose of the role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to support our legal and compliance team for a 12 month Industry Placement. The candidate will assist with various tasks related to legal research, compliance monitoring, and contract management. Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will provide support in the following areas: Collecting data from various department on personal data they use, store etc. Record/ Update comprehensive feedback on Immunocore database Enhance Immunocore fallback language library for: Service / Vendor Agreements Clinical Trial Agreements Work with CRO preferred partners to enhance fallback positions to gain efficiencies and meet clinical study start-up timelines Conduct legal research on biotechnology regulations and industry standards. Assist with the preparation and review of compliance documentation and reports. Support the legal team in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements. Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Assist with internal audits and compliance assessments. Provide administrative support to the legal and compliance team. Explore how AI can be used to streamline the process of contract review. Education & Qualifications Currently studying towards LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent An individual who has a willingness to: learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. embrace new challenges and contribute to innovative solutions. engage in continuous professional development. take initiative and show proactivity in their work. uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality.
