Job Title: Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant OR Newly Qualified Architect Location: Bristol Salary: £28-36,000 DOE (Initial short-term contract with strong potential to become permanent from May) About the company: This award-winning, employee-owned architectural and building consultancy practice operates across multiple UK and international locations. Projects are approached with a strong emphasis on feasibility, viability, and deliverability, with teams working closely with clients from early concept stages through to completion. The Bristol office is seeking either an Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant OR Newly Qualified Architect to undertake an immediate short-term contract, with strong potential for the position to become permanent. Benefits • Immediate start with no notice period required, • Opportunity for contract role to transition into a permanent position, • Hybrid working arrangement (home working possible subject to IT capability), • Undertake multiple RIBA Stage 1 feasibility studies for care home developments in Wales, • Develop concept designs and test site constraints, massing, and layout options, • Produce feasibility drawings, presentations and supporting documentation, • Work independently to tight deadlines, • Attend briefing meetings in the Bristol office as required, • Liaise with internal teams to ensure coordinated and deliverable proposals, • Newly Qualified Architect or experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant, • Available to start immediately (no notice period), • Strong UK project experience, • Demonstrable experience undertaking early-stage feasibility studies, • Experience in care home or healthcare projects advantageous (transferable sector experience considered), • 100% proficiency in Revit- current primary software and fully confident producing work without supervision, • UK-based and able to travel to Bristol for project briefings
