This role will take the lead on the Electrical package for a state-of-the-art commercial project in the City of London, with an M&E value of £55M. Currently in pre-construction, the position will see the project through to completion in 2030. Key Responsibilities: • Lead delivery of the electrical scope, working closely with internal teams and coordinating with other disciplines and subcontractors., • Manage electrical subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services and installations., • Oversee all electrical interfaces across packages and workstreams, ensuring technical alignment and compliance with project specifications., • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including the client, design teams, and site teams., • Identify risks within the electrical scope and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe and efficient delivery., • Support the project’s sustainability and carbon reduction objectives through active management of energy use, materials, and methodologies.
