Job Title: General Manager Position Overview The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and long-term strategic direction of the organization (or business unit), ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and high levels of customer and employee satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
