Project Manager – Civil Engineering / Drainage Aylesbury I’m partnering with a long-standing civil engineering contractor to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of drainage and civil engineering works on a major scheme in Aylesbury. This is a key role overseeing operational delivery, safety, programme, and cost performance while leading a motivated site team and supply chain. The Role As Project Manager, you will: • Lead all construction activity across drainage, civils and temporary works, • Manage operational teams and subcontractors, • Oversee budgets, programmes, plant, materials and labour, • Approve RAMS, Temporary Works and lifting operations, • Review weekly progress and programme reports, • Drive compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards, • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships About You To be considered, you will bring: • A strong background in civil engineering, drainage and/or utilities, • Proven experience managing people, budgets and complex site operations, • A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience), • NRSWA, Temporary Works training and NEC contract experience (beneficial), • A full UK driving licence If you're a driven Project Manager looking for your next opportunity, please apply with your CV or contact me directly for a confidential chat.
