Sushi Chef Wanted We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef with strong skills in preparing maki rolls, sashimi, and nigiri. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Japanese cuisine, be familiar with industry standards, and have the ability to work independently—especially when it comes to fish cutting and preparation.
