YouTube Project Manager (Producer) Location: Liverpool (Onsite or Hybrid) Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: £50,000 plus performance bonuses About the role: We don’t do clickbait. We don’t do hype. Millions want trustworthy retirement guidance but can’t access it and now they’re turning to YouTube. Our job is to meet them there with exceptional, easy‑to‑understand education that earns trust and attracts interest the right way. Your remit is to turn ideas into a reliable and systematic publishing operation: Cadence: Months 1–3 one long‑form video every two weeks; from Month 4 onwards one long-form video per week.
