To support this expansion, Kemola Restaurant and Lounge requires a Project Manager to coordinate business development projects, event service expansion, and strategic growth initiatives across the organisation. Role Purpose The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering strategic projects related to business expansion, corporate events, catering development, and partnership initiatives.The role focuses on project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company's growth objectives. This role is strategic and analytical in nature and does not involve day-to-day restaurant supervision or operational service management. Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team and work alongside the Head of Accounts. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accurate recording of purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Core Responsibilities • Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger., • Reconcile bank statements and verify the accuracy of financial records., • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including issuing invoices and processing vendor payments., • Maintain organized financial documentation for compliance and auditing purposes., • Assisting with multiple VAT returns, • Credit control, • Other general stand bookkeeping duties Candidate Profile • Minimum 3 years’ bookkeeping experience., • Strong attention to detail and accuracy., • Confident communicator via phone and email., • Proficient in Excel and finance software (we use Profit 4)., • Proactive, organised, and collaborative, with the ability to work independently., • Problem solving and logical thinker Key Systems Used • Profit 4 – for orders, stock, costings and supplier/customer records, • Microsoft Excel, • Microsoft Teams, • OneDrive
