SEN Teaching Assistant * Daily Rate: £95 - £115 (depending on experience) * Location: East Sussex Join a dynamic and expanding specialist school that offers excellent opportunities for professional development. Day-to-day of the role: * Work primarily on a 1:1 basis, supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), e.g ASD, SLD, PMLD and Emotional Behaviour. * Engage with children to facilitate their academic and personal growth. * Participate in a paid trial to demonstrate your capabilities and get a real taste of working at the school. * Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to create a positive learning environment. * Provide personal care and support as needed, ensuring the well-being and development of each child. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Experience working with children with SEN is advantageous but not required. * A genuine passion for special education. * Flexible, proactive, and patient approach. * Excellent team communication skills. * Resilience, passion, and a drive to go above and beyond for children of all needs. * Background in Education, Care, Psychology is beneficial due to transferable skills. * Training or experience in non-verbal communication methods like Makaton, PECS is preferred; however, a willingness to learn is essential. The Role We are looking for an AI Creative Designer to sit at the intersection of art direction, generative AI, and performance marketing. You will transform campaign briefs into high-impact visual assets across paid media, TikTok Shop, Meta, and CRM - using AI-first production methods. This is a rare opportunity to help define how a modern consumer brand builds creative at scale. What You'll Do AI Art Direction Direct AI systems the way a photographer directs a shoot — defining lighting, composition, mood, and visual narrative before anything is generated. Your goal is imagery that feels intentional, premium, and brand-aligned, not generic. Synthetic Creative Production Translate campaign ideas into fully realised AI-generated assets, including: – Product lifestyle scenes and ingredient environments – Stylised product renders and campaign imagery – Social-first marketing visuals for TikTok, Meta, and beyond Performance Marketing Creative Design with commercial outcomes in mind. You understand how visual decisions drive CTR, engagement, and conversion. You will produce assets optimised for: – TikTok Shop – Meta Ads – Email and CRM campaigns – Landing pages Campaign Visual Systems Develop cohesive visuals across campaigns - building libraries of AI-generated assets that maintain a consistent style from advertising through to social and email. AI Workflow Development Build scalable creative pipelines using node-based tools like ComfyUI, allowing the team to iterate quickly and replicate high-performing visual concepts at scale. Motion & Emerging Tools Experiment with AI video tools such as Veo, Runway, and Sora to explore how our visual systems evolve into motion content. This is exploratory alongside the primary image-led remit. What We're Looking For Strong Design Portfolio (Required) You must submit a portfolio demonstrating both design fundamentals and AI-driven creative work. We want to see: – AI product photography and campaign creative – Marketing assets integrated into finished design pieces – Evidence of visual system thinking across a brand or campaign Exceptional Visual Taste You have a strong command of composition, lighting, colour theory, and visual hierarchy. You know how to guide AI tools to a precise creative result - not just accept what the model gives you. Experience – At least 3 years in a design role, in-house or agency – Proven ability to translate marketing objectives into effective creative – Hands-on experience with generative AI tools: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, or similar – Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma Mindset You bring ideas, not just execution. When you see a brief, you immediately start imagining how AI can elevate the output. You are curious, self-directed, and always experimenting.
