Owen Reed is looking for a Legal PA on a 12-month fixed-term contract for a top law firm in London. You will join the firm's highly regarded Real Estate team, providing dedicated support to partners and fee earners in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will provide proactive, high-level support to partners and fee earners, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of a busy practice while delivering exceptional client service. \n The Role \n As a Legal PA, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support, helping fee earners manage client matters efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Provide proactive PA support to partners and fee earners within the Real Estate team.\n, • Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and resolve scheduling conflicts.\n, • Support billing, reporting, matter balances, and working capital management alongside Finance teams.\n, • Assist with client matter inception, engagement letters, matter specifications, and file management.\n, • Complete conflict checks and Client Due Diligence processes in line with firm procedures.\n, • Liaise with the Business Development team to support events, conferences, CRM administration, fee earner CVs, bids, tenders, and credentials.\n, • Support Client Relationship Partners with client meetings, reporting, and relationship management activities.\n, • Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare meeting packs, itineraries, and hospitality arrangements.\n, • Delegate document production tasks, including legal documents, pitches, tenders, and transcripts.\n, • Manage file closures, billing completion, WIP clearance, and file archiving.\n, • Ensure compliance with firm policies, risk procedures, and mandatory training requirements.\n\n About You \n To succeed in this role, you will have: \n\n • At least 3 years' experience as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary, or Executive Assistant within a law firm or professional services environment.\n, • Previous experience supporting Real Estate or Property teams is highly desirable.\n, • Excellent organisational and diary management skills.\n, • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n, • Exceptional communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.\n, • Experience supporting billing, matter management, and client administration.\n, • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\n, • A proactive, flexible, and client-focused approach.\n, • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a busy team.\n\n What’s on Offer \n\n • 12-month fixed-term contract with a top London law firm.\n, • Opportunity to work alongside highly regarded Real Estate specialists.\n, • Supportive and collaborative working environment.\n, • Exposure to high-profile clients and complex legal matters.\n, • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.\n, • Excellent opportunities to further develop your legal support career.\n\n
