Role overview We are looking to expand our sales team through a pivotal hire of a Senior FX Sales Associate with a primary focus on the FX Prime business. This is a full 360° client management role, responsible for the end-to-end commercial ownership of client relationships — from origination and onboarding through to trading activity, account growth, and long-term retention. The successful candidate will act as a trusted commercial and technical partner to clients, advising on execution methods, margining, liquidity access, leverage, and prime services. In addition to FX Prime, the role offers significant opportunity to cross-sell the firm’s broader multi-asset offering, including FX, commodities, and equities CFDs, as well as other financial solutions. This is a revenue-generating role operating in a performance-driven, commission-based environment, suited to an individual who combines strong sales instincts with a solid understanding of professional and institutional trading workflows. Day to Day duties • Own the full client lifecycle from initial prospecting and pitching through onboarding, go-live, ongoing coverage, and account expansion., • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with professional and institutional counterparties, including hedge funds, prop trading firms, asset managers, family offices, and introducing brokers., • Drive growth in FX Prime and CFD trading volumes, with a strong focus on recurring, sustainable revenue., • Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across the firm’s multi-asset platform, including FX, commodities, and equities CFDs, aligned to client strategies and trading behaviour., • Provide detailed product guidance across FX and CFD instruments, including FX spot, forwards, swaps, and CFDs on FX, commodities, equity indices, and single stocks., • Advise on prime services, including: margin and collateral structures, leverage and financing credit limits. risk parameters, execution methods (STP, DMA, hybrid), liquidity access and aggregation, • Understand client trading strategies (discretionary, systematic, high-frequency, or multi-asset) and tailor solutions accordingly., • Lead the commercial aspects of client onboarding, working closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure timely and efficient account setup., • Ensure clients are appropriately structured from a credit, margin, and risk perspective, in line with internal and regulatory requirements., • Monitor client activity, performance, and profitability, proactively addressing issues and identifying growth opportunities., • Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue and volume targets across FX Prime and multi-asset products., • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting., • Operate effectively within a commission-driven remuneration structure., • Work closely with Trading, Liquidity, Risk, Technology, and Product teams to ensure seamless client experience., • Provide structured feedback on client demand, pricing competitiveness, and platform functionality., • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture. Experience required • Prior sales experience within a brokerage, FX Prime, CFD, or related financial services environment., • Demonstrated success in 360° client-facing, quota-carrying roles with full ownership of client relationships., • Strong understanding of FX markets, CFD products, leverage, margining, and execution methods, with exposure to commodities and equities advantageous., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex financial concepts clearly., • Strong commercial judgement and financial / quantitative conceptual ability., • Confident telephone and virtual sales skills, capable of engaging senior decision-makers., • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a performance-linked, commission-based environment., • Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting., • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset., • Bachelor’s degree (finance, economics, business, or related discipline preferred).
