Lead the negotiation and procurement of complex subcontract packages (Design-Delivery-Commission), testing the robustness of costs and ensuring maximum value for money. Manage and report on all commercial aspects of allocated workstreams, including CVRs, cash flow forecasting, and margin improvement plans. Establish and manage entitlement under the terms of the subcontract, leading the review and valuation of contractor applications for payment.
