Location: South-East London -Sidcup Office based Salary: £33,000 – £37,000 About the Role We’re looking for a fast-thinking, high-energy inbound sales specialist to take charge of our inbound service enquiries — garden maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, and other home services under the House of Willow Alexander brand. You’ll be the person who turns daily demand into booked revenue, building a clean, visible sales pipeline and ensuring no lead is ever missed. This is both a doing and building role: you’ll handle calls, shape systems, and develop the small team that follows. What You’ll Do • Respond instantly to new leads, quote and book live into the diary., • Track every enquiry across channels (phone, Checkatrade, web, WhatsApp)., • Manage our CRM tools (monday.com, ServiceOS) so every lead is visible and followed up., • Implement daily and weekly booking targets and measure performance., • Support the CEO and MD with sales reporting and forecast accuracy., • Train and coach future sales hires once the system is stable., • Collaborate with operations to ensure every booked job is confirmed, paid and delivered. You’ll Be Right For This If You: • Have 2–5 years of inbound sales experience (service, trades, property, or home-care sectors)., • Are confident on the phone and love converting interest into action., • Can work with light structure — you’ll be setting up the rhythm, not waiting for it., • Are familiar with tools like monday.com, Jobber, Payaca, or similar systems., • Want a role that mixes frontline booking with leadership and process design. You’ll be the bridge between marketing, service operations and revenue.
