We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bartender/Barista. In this dual role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, coffee, and other specialty drinks. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station, including utensils, glassware, and equipment. Monitor and manage inventory, restocking supplies as needed and keeping track of product expiration dates. Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, engaging with customers and addressing any concerns promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and adherence to sanitation standards. Qualifications: Previous experience as a bartender and barista is preferred. Knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
