Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding & Fulfilment South of England | £50,000-£65,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across the South of England , covering key logistics and innovation corridors including the Oxford-Cambridge arc and the M1, M3, and M4 regions . This is a mid-senior role for a proven sales professional within freight forwarding, fulfilment, and logistics , joining a fast-growing, agile organisation that combines global Air, Ocean, and Multimodal freight with modern fulfilment and eCommerce logistics solutions . You'll be responsible for winning new business, developing strategic client partnerships, and positioning the business as a trusted logistics partner across high-growth sectors including Pharma & Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defence, Industrials, eCommerce, Lifestyle and Athleisure brands .
