A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Customer Support Technician Apprentice for an 18-month full-time paid apprenticeship in Plymouth. The role involves providing on-site support to customers, including installation and configuration of products, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Shift Equipment Engineer Plessey are looking for a Shift Equipment Engineer to keep our CMP and wafer bonding machines running smoothly. In this role, you will help maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the equipment that makes wafers flat and bonds them together, which are critical steps that allow our photolithography tools to work correctly. You will work closely with process engineers to make sure the machines perform reliably and support the production of high-quality microLED displays. These roles will be based in a clean-room environment, and will be on a rotating shift pattern of 4 on, 4 off. These will consist of 2 day shifts (7am - 7pm) and 2 night shifts (7pm - 7am). Lead CDE launch meeting, initial general training of project team and existing external parties. Ensure compliance checks are being conducted by information coordinators on all uploaded information. Be the business unit point of contact for ad-hoc queries and troubleshooting in respect of the CDE andinformation control. Troubleshoot and support for the projects on information management including user account set up,access permissions, and workflow configuration. Ensure projects are archived appropriately with user permissions controlled and removed as required. Work as a collaborative member of the team, facilitating the sharing of knowledge and best practice to thewider business. What do you bring to the role?
