Field Service Engineer. Location : Midlands and London field work (with travel to other parts of England) Salary : £39,000 - £49,000 + Overtime (depending on experience). About the Role of a Field Service / Mobile Engineer: Our client has projects with Rail clients to maintain and troubleshoot cleaning systems across key UK locations. We are seeking skilled Field Service / Mobile Technicians to join the team and play a critical role in ensuring reliability and safety on rolling stock cleaning equipment. Our specialist maintenance teams provide repair and maintenance of systems as well as installation and maintenance of equipment, ensuring maximum availability and reliability of its services. Key Responsibilities: Investigate, fault-find, and rectify issues on Train washer systems at various rail sites. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. Provide technical support and ensure compliance with safety standards. Travel to Midlands, London and other locations around the UK. Essential : Strong hands-on experience with maintenance systems (fault finding and maintenance). Desirable : Knowledge of Electrical systems. Mechanical or Electrical qualifications or equivalent experience for the higher salary banding. Ability to work independently and adapt to different rail environments. Salary of £39,000 - £49,000 + (More experience commands a higher salary). Opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a leading manufacturer. Travel across the UK with expenses covered.
