Working hours: • Full Time, • Basic salary £23,000 - £35,000 (dependent on qualifications), • Upto £40,000 OTE, • Career Progression with a defined path to increase Basic and OTE once qualified and experienced., • Up to 10% Commission on personal net billings, • Car Allowance or mileage, • 5 weeks holiday, • 4 well-being days, • RICS fees paid, • Ongoing CPD, • Rewards scheme, • Minimum RICS-accredited degree or SAVA graduate, • Positive can-do attitude, • Attention-to-detail Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, supported by a Mentor and Line Manager, including: • Level 2 Surveys, • Level 3 Surveys (Our clients are happy to train if necessary), • Red Book Valuations, • Bespoke Building Surveys, • Private and Panel work, • Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments, • Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out to deadlines

This opportunity is within their valuations department and will be focused on delivering valuation services across Norfolk. Your new role As the Senior Commercial Valuation Surveyor, you will deliver high-quality RICS Red Book valuations across a broad range of commercial asset types. The role involves providing expert advice for secured lending, financial reporting, acquisitions and disposals, development appraisal, strategic asset management and specialist valuation purposes. This is a senior fee-earning position requiring strong technical capability, commercial awareness and the ability to manage complex instructions independently. This role is based from home and you will be responsible for instructions across the Norfolk patch. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful for this role, you should be MRICS and a RICS Registered Valuer. You should have local market knowledge and proven ability to work independently. A full UK driving licence is required and you should be willing to travel to inspections in Norfolk. What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a competitive base salary and uncapped commission on personal net billing with a typical OTE of c.£100k. You will also receive a car allowance and paid mileage. As part of the package, you will receive 30 days annual leave, ongoing CPD and professional subscription fees paid, technical support for working from home, private health and dental care and pension.
