The Role Are you a natural communicator with a passion for building international business relationships? In this role, you will be the face of Xenon Distribution for our clients across the globe. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and ensuring our clients receive world-class service from the first point of contact through to post-sale support. Key Responsibilities • Global Client Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients across multiple international territories., • Customer Facing & Presentations: Lead engaging product presentations, pitch meetings, and business reviews with clients both virtually and in-person., • Sales & Negotiation: Drive revenue growth by identifying client needs, proposing tailored distribution solutions, and negotiating contracts., • Account Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, expertly handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high client retention., • Reporting & Strategy: Utilize Microsoft Excel to track sales metrics, forecast global trends, and present comprehensive data-driven reports to management., • Must-Have Qualifications, • Expert Communicator: Fluent and articulate communication skills (written and verbal), with the cultural awareness to deal with a diverse global clientele., • Advanced Tech Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis) and Microsoft Word for drafting proposals and reports., • Presentation Mastery: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to confidently pitch to decision-makers at all levels., • Client Handling: Proven experience in client management, customer success, or B2B sales with a track record of handling high-value accounts., • Proactive & Organized: Ability to manage multiple international time zones and prioritize tasks effectively., • What We Offer, • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure., • Opportunity to work with a truly global client base.
