Financial Planning Administrator / IFA Administrator Location: Liverpool City Centre Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience & qualifications) Hours:Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Contract: Permanent, Full-time We are looking for an organised, detail‑driven Financial Planning Administrator to join a busy and well‑established financial planning team in Liverpool City Centre. This role is ideal for someone with financial services administration experience-whether from an IFA practice, wealth management firm, or a broader financial services environment-who is looking to build their technical knowledge and progress within financial planning. About the Role You will play a key part in supporting the advice process, preparing client information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards. Working closely with advisers and paraplanners, you'll help deliver a smooth, professional service to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a structured, client‑focused role and is keen to develop their career within financial planning.
