Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer support requests via the help desk, remotely and on-site., • Deliver a variety of IT projects, particularly involving Office 365 and Azure environments., • Work with senior leadership to scope technical requirements for client proposals., • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting across all levels., • Experience working in an MSP., • Strong background in project delivery and hands-on troubleshooting., • Experience with O365 migrations, including tenant-to-tenant., • Ability to specify, deploy and migrate clients to Azure-based server environments., • Familiar with Microsoft Teams administration, including Teams Phone., • Strong communicator with excellent customer-facing skills., • Willing to be part of an on-call rota (approx. 1 weekend in 6)., • Full UK driving licence essential.
