We aim to grow to over 65 sites in the next five years, across RedCat Independent Pubs and our sister company, Coaching Inns. The job in a nutshell • Take full accountability for day-to-day operations of the pub and restaurant, • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing front and back-of-house team, • Deliver consistently outstanding service, food, and drink quality, • Drive revenue through events, promotions, and exceptional hospitality, • Oversee stock control, staffing, budgets, and compliance, • Build strong local relationships and maintain a loyal customer baseWhat we are looking for:, • Proven experience as a General Manager, • A confident leader with a hands-on approach and great communication skills, • Commercial awareness with the ability to maximise sales and control costs, • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction, • Experience managing food-led pubs or restaurants
