What is also important is we have a great team who all get on. We can all trust each other and talk and laugh together. So someone who can come in and add to that would be great. Salary? We don't know. But we're guessing around the £25k - £30k base salary with commission to take you up to £50k once you are hitting target. And we know it takes time to get up to speed and hit targets and are happy for inexperienced people to take their time. Why are we hiring? Our second to last salesperson was with us for 10+ years and he is now retired. After he left, we hired someone who needed to get up to speed and unfortunately, when they started to become successful, they were offered a ton of money by another business and left.
