    Job Title: Plasterer SOC Code: 5321 Salary Range: £33500 Duties: The Plasterer’s responsibilities include: • Preparing walls and ceilings for plastering by cleaning, bonding, and applying undercoats where necessary., • Mixing and applying plaster, cement, render, or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of buildings., • Creating smooth or decorative finishes using a range of techniques such as skimming, floating, dry lining, and screeding., • Applying solid plastering (wet finishes) and dry plastering (fixing plasterboard) depending on project requirements., • Measuring and cutting plasterboard and fitting it into place using adhesive or mechanical fixings., • Repairing damaged or cracked plaster surfaces and matching textures to existing finishes., • Installing beading, mesh, and corner tapes to reinforce plaster edges and joints., • Working on scaffolding, stilts, or ladders to reach elevated surfaces safely., • Ensuring plastering works meet building regulations and company quality standards., • Cleaning tools, maintaining equipment, and keeping a tidy work area on-site. Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required: • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plastering (or equivalent trade qualification)., • Valid CSCS card., • Demonstrated experience in both domestic and commercial plastering projects., • Skilled in solid plastering, drylining, and rendering techniques., • Good physical fitness and stamina for manual and overhead work., • Excellent eye for detail and ability to deliver clean, level, and high-quality finishes., • Competent in reading technical plans and working to tight deadlines., • Strong understanding of site safety and construction regulations.

    We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Emergency Electrician to join our team in West London. The ideal candidate is qualified to at least Level 2 (18th Edition-compliant), has a well-equipped van, and is confident handling a wide range of emergency call-outs independently. If you're a problem-solver who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering fast, safe, and professional service — we’d love to hear from you. 🔍 Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency call-outs: no power, live exposed cables, tripping circuits, faulty sockets/switches, etc. Quickly and safely diagnose and repair faults in domestic and light commercial properties Carry out installations and repairs: consumer unit upgrades, rewiring, RCD/RCBO replacements, socket/switch fittings Use professional tools for fault-finding: multimeter, insulation tester, socket testers, cable tracers Complete and submit EICRs, EICs, and minor works certificates accurately and on time Keep clear, daily job records including materials used and customer sign-offs 📍 Location Based in West London – applicants must be located within a reasonable distance and able to attend emergency jobs across the area. 🛠️ Required Qualifications & Skills Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certificate ECS card or equivalent proof of competence Experience in emergency fault-finding and repair (ideally 3+ years) Full UK driving licence Own van equipped with tools, testers, and PPE
