As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations for a team of field and site-based engineers. You will act as a leadership figure, ensuring service delivery standards are met while supporting the development and performance of your team. This role combines operational management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous service improvement. Responsibilities • Supervise and support field and site-based engineering teams, • Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues, • Monitor and manage service performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs, • Produce and analyse operational and performance reports, • Support workforce planning and resource management, • Drive continuous improvement across service delivery processes, • Provide coaching, training, and development support to team members, • Manage absence, performance reviews, and team wellbeing initiatives, • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards, • Collaborate with internal management teams and external stakeholders, • Support disciplinary processes when required, • Verify overtime and expenses in line with company guidelines, • Conduct regular visits to operational sites when necessary What we are looking for • Proven experience leading or supervising technical or engineering teams, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities, • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills, • Ability to motivate and develop team members, • Technical understanding of engineering or IT support environments, • IT hardware support experience, • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, • Full UK driving licence, • Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent experience (CompTIA A+ or similar desirable), • Willingness to obtain security clearance Details Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 + comprehensive benefits package Location: Hounslow Work Arrangement: On-site Contract Type: Permanent If this sounds like a good fit, apply below.
