The on target earning potential for this role is £48,748.75 per annum based on a 45 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £39,388.75, plus a qualified estimate of £9,000 in gratuities and service charge*. As the Senior Sous Chef, you will lead, motivate, train and manage the operations for the restaurants culinary team. You will need to apply for the role to discuss the concept and cuisine of the restaurants we are recruiting for at this time.
