Role-Assistant Manager - Culture & Comms - DPP Audit -2-year secondment Location- UK Wide Remote- Due to the nature of the position, you may be working at/visiting other KPMG offices. What will you be doing? • Work with the project team to support the identification of communication and culture change requirements for the Future of Audit Learning initiative., • Implement the multimedia communication plan - outlining key messages and experiences, writing, editing and measuring content for an end-to-end cultural engagement approach., • Support the design and implementation activities to enhance employee engagement in relation to their learning journey as the project comes to life., • Collate, share and act upon feedback from colleagues, internal communication measurement and best practice to improve future activity, • Consider all relevant cultural elements beyond communication to ensure support from and alignment with parallel activities such as performance management, project level goals and similar activities for a smoother cultural transition., • Facilitate the culture change content for the Future of Audit Learning programme and workshops for employees and leaders., • Communication and culture experience of at least 3 years, • Recent experience of working on projects involving culture change, • Recent experience with implementing technology/systems, • Project management experience Our Locations: Audit at KPMG covers the entire UK. Medical Writer, Full-time About the Role: We are looking to expand our core writing team and are seeking talented Medical Writers. This is an exciting opportunity to develop accurate and engaging scientific content for a range of audiences and channels, contributing to programmes that are trusted by healthcare professionals and drive better patient outcomes. Job Title: Quality Management Documentation Senior Specialist Location: Remote Contract Type: Contract About the Role We are seeking a Quality Management Documentation Senior Specialist to support the development and maintenance of GxP Quality Management Documents (QMDs) in compliance with a global Quality Management System (QMS). This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work to tight timelines while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities • Perform document control activities, ensuring consistency and compliance with applicable standards and procedures for QMD lifecycle management., • Manage external distribution of QMDs to support project teams, audits, and inspections., • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with QMS and QMD lifecycle requirements., • Format, QC, and publish QMDs and related deliverables with exceptional accuracy., • Proofread and edit QMDs to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to internal standards., • Identify and correct errors and formatting issues. Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related discipline., • Minimum of 3 years of experience with document management systems., • Experience managing GxP procedural documents., • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Strong critical thinking, teamwork, and interpersonal skills., • Experience in technical writing or editing is preferred., • Familiarity with Visio or similar diagramming tools is a plus., • Understanding of the drug development process is desirable.
