Senior Front of House Coordinator. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a leading international Fin Tech organisation in Brighton. You will be the centrepiece in the day to day operations of their Front of House services, bringing the highest standard of welcome to all clients and guests. We are looking for someone to be 'the perfect Front of House ambassador’. You will organise and coordinate meetings and events across 3 locations. Liaise with clients and caterers, providing a seamless experience for all internal and external guests. You will be responsible for reception services, conference rooms and all common areas so high standards are a must! You will have 4+ years’ experience in Front of House with strong people management. You will be involved in recruiting a team of Employee Co-ordinators who you will go on to train and manage. You will carry out tours of the building so a warm and engaging demeanour is a must! Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential and you will pride yourself on delivering a 1st class service. You will be responsible for gathering and compiling data to complete monthly reports as needed so good IT skills are required.
