In this role you'll take ownership of the day to day maintenance operations across this site, leading a skilled team and ensuring our client's facilities and outdoor spaces are always up to standard. Client Details Our client is a well established leisure and hospitality business with numerous sites across the UK. They are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their busy team. Description • Be a key point of contact for guests, delivering a friendly, professional experience always, • Lead, motivate, train, and allocate work across the maintenance team, • Implement and manage proactive maintenance schedules for plant, equipment, and facilities, • Carry out and oversee regular health & safety inspections, always ensuring full compliance, • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly inspections to identify defects, risks, and improvement opportunities, • Manage and coordinate siting activities and holiday home movements in partnership with the Sales team, • Oversee contractor works, ensuring quality, safety, and value for money, • Control departmental budgets, monitoring spend and driving cost-effective solutions A successful Maintenance Manager should have: • Proven experience in a maintenance management or supervisory role, ideally within leisure or hospitality., • Strong people-management skills with a natural ability to lead from the front, • Solid hands-on maintenance knowledge (plumbing, carpentry, basic electrics, plant & equipment) is advantageous, • Excellent understanding of health & safety legislation and best practice, • Confident communicator, able to work effectively with guests, teams, contractors, and senior management, • Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills, • Experience managing budgets and controlling costs, • Competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £35,000 per annum., • Permanent role offering job stability and career growth., • Live on site role IF you wish
