Key Responsibilities: Strategic PR & Communication Management Develop and implement a public relations strategy that enhances the restaurant’s reputation, increases brand visibility, and positions us as a leading destination for authentic Chinese dining in the region. Media & Stakeholder Relations Build and maintain relationships with local and regional media, cultural organisations, community leaders, and key stakeholders. Secure positive coverage in print, online, and broadcast channels. Brand & Cultural Promotion Promote the restaurant’s cultural heritage by designing campaigns that highlight Chinese dining traditions, seasonal specialties, and festival events. Ensure all messaging reflects our values and brand identity. Content Development & Bilingual Communication Create and manage bilingual (English and Chinese) press releases, promotional materials, and digital content for community channels, social media, and customer outreach. Ensure messaging is culturally appropriate and professional. Event & Campaign Management Plan and deliver PR events such as Chinese New Year banquets, cultural showcases, and food-tasting promotions. Coordinate cross-team efforts to ensure successful execution and strong public impact. Market Insight & Reputation Monitoring Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide management with reports and recommendations to enhance customer engagement and strengthen community relations. Job Purpose: To provide safe, respectful, and professional transport for patients requiring non-emergency or secure ambulance services. The role involves supporting vulnerable individuals throughout their journey, working as part of a team to maintain safety, dignity, and high standards of care during transit. Key Responsibilities: • Safely transport patients to and from hospitals, mental health facilities, residential homes, and private addresses., • Provide support and supervision to individuals who may have complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, or challenging behaviours., • Work in line with agreed care plans, risk assessments, and transport protocols., • Use de-escalation and communication skills to manage distressed or agitated patients in a calm and safe manner., • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the vehicle before and after each journey., • Accurately complete transport documentation and incident reports where necessary., • Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues., • Follow safeguarding, infection control, and health and safety procedures at all times., • Participate in training, supervision, and debriefing as required. Essential Requirements: • Experience working in care, support, or healthcare settings., • Good understanding of safeguarding, dignity, and respectful care., • Calm, patient, and professional under pressure., • Physically fit and able to assist with patient movement and secure transport duties., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends., • Enhanced DBS (or willing to undergo one). Desirable: • Experience with secure or mental health transport., • MAPA/PMVA or equivalent de-escalation/restraint training (or willingness to train)., • Full UK driving licence (clean) – preferred for driver roles., • First Aid or Basic Life Support certification.
