The ambition is to significantly scale the business over the coming years, with marketing playing a central role in how we present, position and grow that offer in the market.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nYou’ll own campaign development from proposition through to delivery.\n * Build and deliver integrated 360 creative campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads and support the sales pipeline.\n * Get under the skin of each service and turn it into clear, compelling value propositions.\n * Create campaign content across LinkedIn, website, email and supporting channels.\n * Write confidently and creatively, from top-line messaging through to longer-form content.\n * Develop branded sales materials that help open conversations and support conversion.\n * Work closely with sales teams to understand what’s landing, what isn’t and where support is needed.\n * Support industry awards, events and PR activity to strengthen external presence.\n * Use email as part of campaign activity, working with the digital team to support engagement and cross-sell.\n * Track performance, report on results and adjust where needed.\n * Work alongside the wider marketing team, PR agency, copywriter and creative support to keep everything aligned.\nWhat you’ll bring:\n * A creative thinker who can turn a complex offer into something engaging.\n * Experience building campaigns, not just producing assets.\n * A strong grasp of how marketing supports sales and drives revenue.\n * Confidence writing across formats, from short-form content to longer pieces.\n * Experience creating content and materials that support commercial teams.\n * Comfortable working at pace, managing multiple priorities and keeping momentum.\n * A test-and-learn mindset, using performance to refine and improve activity.\n * A collaborative approach, working across teams and with external partners.\n * Over five years’ experience in B2B marketing.\nIn return, you’ll get:\n * The chance to help build a marketing function from the ground up.\n * Real ownership of campaigns and how the brand shows up in the market.\n * Direct access to senior stakeholders and decision-making.\n * Visibility of the impact your work has on the business.\nIf you’re ready to take the lead on campaigns, bring ideas to life and make a visible impact, we’d love to hear from you
