Restock all stations with clean plates and utensils, store clean equipment in proper storage areas. Execute prep tasks including portioning food, chopping vegetables and cleaning shellfish. Prepare and store food efficiently, adhering to high standards of food preparation and storage. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. Possess a strong understanding of food safety regulations, including adherence to temperature control and sanitation guidelines. Bring a professional attitude to the workplace, maintaining a positive atmosphere and work environment in both the Front and Back of house.
