Our spa is seeking a dedicated and passionate sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our treatments, packages, and skincare products. Your role is to provide expert advice to clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and meet sales targets. The ultimate goal is to increase bookings, expand our client base, and support the success of our spa services.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell spa services, treatments, and packages to new and existing clients.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and offering tailored recommendations.
Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries, managing complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute promotions and strategies to attract and retain customers.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of all spa services and products to effectively communicate their benefits.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the wellness, spa, or hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive customer relationships and understand client preferences.
Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness trends is a plus.
Flexible availability to meet business needs, including weekends.
A proactive, self-motivated, and energetic attitude.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM
Saturday: 11 AM - 6 PM
Sunday: 11 AM - 6 PM
