In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in the production of components that meet the highest industry standards. What You’ll Do: As a CNC Machine Operator, you’ll work hands-on with precision equipment to support daily production goals. Key responsibilities include: * Operating CNC machines with minimal assistance. * Following written work instructions (WIs) and adhering to production specifications. * Adjusting offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality. * Inspecting your own work with minimal oversight. * Meeting daily production and quality standards. * Accurately documenting results and reporting deviations to the team leader. * Following GMP procedures, departmental SOPs, and all safety policies. * Supporting team members and contributing to a collaborative work environment. * Performing other duties as assigned by leadership.
