    Responsibilities: 1. Assist in day to day operations of the Showroom., 2. Provide exceptional customer experience to all scheduled appointments and walk-ins., 3. Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times., 9. Prepare accurate and timely, weekly and monthly reports, maintain an updated inventory and complete stock counts and submit the yearly corresponding reports at the end of year., 12. Maintain clear record of warehouse register, warehouse inspection reports, spot checks reports, discrepancy reports, disposal documentation, delivery reports, waybills, store releases, stock cards, etc., 13. Assist the Showroom Manager in placing sample orders for sales team., 14. Support Showroom Manager in planning, organizing and executing all Showroom events., 15. Merchandise displays and ensure brand standards are maintained within the Showroom., 16. Be responsible for account checking and follow up bill payments., 17. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: 1. University degree holder in any discipline., 2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the stone\cabinet industry and sales experience is a plus., 3. Strong reporting, presentation, and analytical skills. Mature, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under minimal supervision., 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to lead, supervise, and develop teams.

    Hourly rate for driving a regular route: $30/hr with 4 hr min. paid per day (though most routes are shorter than this). Option to drive field trips: 3 hr trip, every other Tuesday (June 24; July 8; July 22; August 5): $55 each trip Weekly, Wednesday, 4 hr trip (June 25; July 1; July 9; July 16; July 23): $70 each trip Full day trips - must drive this program daily (7/28-8/7): $150/day + "perks" - lunch and daily activity included Duties Safely operate a school bus or van to transport campers to camp and/or on trips. Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers during transit. Educate passengers on safety protocols and proper behavior while on the bus. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of routes, passenger counts, and any incidents that may occur during transport. Requirements Valid CDL with school bus endorsement; experience in school bus driving or van driving is preferred. Clean driving record Background check will be conducted. Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks. Previous experience working with children or in school settings is highly desirable. Ability to maintain accurate records as required by the organization. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and their families. A commitment to safety and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be responsible for expanding Launch 3’s presence within the wireless infrastructure industry by promoting our range of products including antennas, DAS / Small Cells, cabling, and other wireless equipment solutions. Key Responsibilities • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within your assigned territory, • Make 50+ outbound calls per day to both cold and warm prospects, • Meet face-to-face with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions, • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals, • Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings, • Work closely with the inside sales team to deliver quotes and solutions, • Meet or exceed sales targets and report progress, • Travel within territory (~25%) to meet clients and prospects Experience & Qualifications • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in telecom, wireless infrastructure, or related industries, • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, • Strong knowledge of cell tower equipment or ability to quickly learn technical products, • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, • Experience using CRM software to manage sales activities, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (within your territory)
