What You’ll Do (Client-Facing + Back Office) • Greet and assist clients by phone, email, and in person with a warm, professional presence, • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, send confirmations, and coordinate follow-ups, • Prepare for client meetings (agendas, paperwork checklists, notes, and next steps), • Maintain clean, detailed client records and activity notes in Redtail CRM, • Support client onboarding and ongoing account service (forms, updates, document collection, e-signatures), • Coordinate Schwab custodial paperwork and service requests (training provided as needed), • Track tasks and deadlines, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, • Help improve and follow office processes, templates, and checklists, • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
