What You'll Be Doing • Safely operate a Ready Mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites., • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness., • Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers., • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned vehicle., • Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations. What Are We Looking For • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record., • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently., • Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service., • Capability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment., • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends. Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check., • Must meet company and DOT standards for driving and safety compliance. Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
