The Interventionist is a critical member of the HBCI (Home Based Crisis Intervention) team. The Interventionist is responsible for providing treatment to youths aged 5-20 years and their family/caregivers to address the clinical needs of the child and the complex needs of the family unit. The Interventionist will provide crisis intervention and stabilization with the child/youth and family, and case management services such as referrals to other services and ensuring the structural home environment is safe.
