Join Us as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician and Scheduling Coordinator The Lead Registered Behavior Technician & Scheduling Coordinator provides advanced clinical support and operational leadership. This position delivers professional ABA services and manages critical operational systems that ensure therapists (RBTs), clients, and clinicians are appropriately scheduled. The role uses independent judgment to support treatment integrity, supervise classroom organization standards, and coordinate schedules that protect medically necessary services and compliance requirements. This position represents a key communication point for families, BCBAs, and administrative leadership regarding daily schedule changes and center support. What You'll Do: Program Administration, Oversight, and Training * Provide advanced Central Reach (CR) systems oversight, including onboarding support, training coordination, workflow development, and continuous improvement for new staff. * Design, develop, and distribute monthly organizational newsletters, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and communication strategy. * Develop, implement, and supervise weekly classroom activities, curriculum enhancements, and craft-based programming to ensure clinical and educational consistency. * Oversee and maintain strategic classroom organization systems, optimize learning environments, and ensure compliance with program standards. * Provide leadership for daily schedule planning, ensuring efficient resource allocation and coordination across classrooms. * Oversee supply chain needs by forecasting, requesting, and managing inventory, ensuring operational readiness. * Lead structured parent communication protocols, developing standards for ongoing engagement, supply needs, and program updates. * Support employee engagement initiatives by designing, coordinating, and evaluating retention programs and recognition efforts. Scheduling Coordinator * Finalize the daily schedule for the center taking staff and client call outs into consideration; determine scheduling priorities * Following company policies when creating schedules: using correct codes and allowed time for each code (uninformed absence, clinic organization, training time) Deny or request changes to PTO based on coverage and medical necessity Communicate routine schedule changes directly to families; and require staff to move rooms, adjust duties, or provide coverage for operational needs. * Accurate data entry and communication recorded in EMR and other software Connect employees to clients as needed * Input, update, and exercise discretion to modify client schedules as needed Communicating all schedules changes with entire team including family, RBT, and BCBA * Use judgement in addressing concerns with filling schedules * Use judgement in coordinating schedules of all professionals (RBTs, SLP, OT) Support Administrative staff, including but not limited to the Center Administrator, Clinical Director, Regional Clinical Director and the Training/Onboarding Coordinator with administrative and operational tasks as needed/requested Complete special projects as needed/assigned What You'll Need * High School Diploma * Completion of 40-hour RBT course work approved by BACB * Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB * Previous experience working in center as a RBT * BCBA student or RBT who wants to grow in operations * Detail-oriented and organized * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software * Ability to learn the Central Reach software to complete scheduling requirements * Internal candidates must meet 80% competencies and be in good standing with the company (i.e. no final warning, not on an active PIP Work Location & Hours: This is a full-time position on-site in our Jackson, NJ Early Intervention Center. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
