Microsoft Office is second nature (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and you’ve used tools like Concur or similar systems. ✔ You communicate clearly and confidently. Whether it’s a polished email, a quick Slack, or managing many stakeholders, people trust you to get the message right. ✔ You’re a calm problem-solver. New request? Tight deadline? Moving pieces? You switch into solution mode instantly, without drama. ✔ You operate with absolute discretion. You handle sensitive documents and confidential information with integrity and maturity. ✔ You enjoy being the go-to person. Supporting a team, keeping things moving, anticipating needs — it energizes you. What you’ll own: • Support a ~7-person Legal + Tax team with varying seniority levels, • Core hours: ~8am–5pm (with flexibility based on team needs), • Heavy calendar management across global time zones, • Domestic and international travel planning, • Expense reporting via Concur, • Phone coverage + email/inbox support for EA teammates, • Managing legal documents, invoices, presentations, and signature flows, • Liaising with external vendors and internal business teams, • Notary experience is helpful but not required Where you’ll make an impact: This firm trusts its EAs as critical operators.
