This position plays a critical role in the order-to-cash cycle, ensuring that all sales orders and high-value invoices are created accurately and on time. We are looking for a highly organized bilingual candidate (English/Spanish). Key Responsibilities * Create and process sales orders in the ERP system * Generate and issue approximately 200 invoices per month (average value ~$30,000) * Ensure accuracy of customer, pricing, and product information on all documents * Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish regarding billing questions, documentation, or payment issues * Follow up on outstanding invoices and support collections efforts * Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing * Prepare periodic reports on invoicing, sales orders, and accounts receivable * Identify and support improvements in the billing/order process for greater efficiency Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or sales order entry roles * Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficient in Excel (basic reporting, filters, pivot tables preferred) * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to manage high volumes of transactions with accuracy and consistency Requirements: * 3+ years in billing, invoicing * Experience with ERP systems * Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) * Strong Excel and attention to detail * Excellent communication and organizational skills
