    Position Title: Customs Entry Writer Location: New Brunswick, NJ 08901 Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customs Entry Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing customs documentation to ensure the timely and compliant importation of goods. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, import procedures, tariff classifications, and customs brokerage operations. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, review, and submit customs entry documentation for imported shipments., • Classify products using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS)., • Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and other government agency requirements., • Verify shipping documents, commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading for accuracy., • Coordinate with importers, freight forwarders, carriers, and government agencies to resolve shipment issues., • Monitor shipment clearance status and address customs holds, exams, or requests for additional information., • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements., • Assist with post-entry activities, audits, and corrections as required., • Stay informed on changes in customs regulations and trade compliance requirements. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred., • Minimum of 1–3 years of customs brokerage, import operations, or customs entry writing experience., • Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classification, and import documentation requirements., • Experience using customs brokerage software and ACE filing systems preferred., • Strong attention to detail and accuracy., • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills., • Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with government agency regulations such as FDA, USDA, EPA, FCC, or DOT., • Knowledge of international trade and logistics operations. About the Role: We are seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) in ABA who works directly with clients (individuals with Autism and related behavioral challenges) to implement behavioral services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves implementing behavior plans, collecting data on client progress, and supporting individuals with autism. Our BTs are dedicated and compassionate professionals that provide exceptional ABA services to a variety of clients. Job Requirements: • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent., • Minimum of 1 year of prior experience working with children or in a related field., • Examples of related jobs include Paraprofessional, Special Education Teacher, Special Education Teacher's Aide, Registered Behavior Technician, RBT, Autism Aide, Behavior Interventionist, BI, Developmental Therapist, ABA Therapist, ABA Interventionist, Behavior Technician, classroom assistant, childcare specialist, daycare worker, and direct care worker., • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills., • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work collaboratively with supervisors and clinical staff., • Ability to maintain strict adherence to HIPAA confidentiality and privacy regulations.
