Visiting Nurse Health System (VNHS) is seeking a results-driven, relationship-focused professional with a strong track record of growing business and influencing outcomes in healthcare. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building connections, driving referrals and admissions, and leading with both confidence and compassion. More than a business development position, this opportunity allows you to serve as a trusted partner to patients and families, guiding them through the hospice journey with empathy, dignity, and care. The ideal candidate brings experience in healthcare business development, particularly in admissions and referrals, along with success managing key accounts in the Metro Atlanta market. This senior-level role will play a critical part in expanding census for one of Georgia’s longest-serving nonprofit providers of hospice and home-based healthcare. Build Relationships that Truly Matter • Establish meaningful, lasting partnerships with physicians, case managers, social workers, and healthcare leaders., • Use empathy, emotional intelligence, and active listening to support patients and families as they make important care decisions., • Help simplify the hospice process, offering reassurance and clarity during difficult transitions. Own and Execute Your Strategy • Develop and execute a focused territory plan that balances growth with quality of care., • Prioritize high-impact relationships while remaining responsive to patient and family needs., • Continuously evaluate and adapt your approach to maximize both outcomes and experience. What You Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration, • 2+ years of healthcare sales experience (Hospice or Home Health preferred), • Proven track record of growing referrals, managing key accounts, and delivering measurable results., • Knowledge of the Metro Atlanta healthcare market is a plus., • A natural ability to connect, influence, and build trust quickly., • Empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence, you care deeply about the people you serve., • Self-motivated, competitive, and confident working independently, • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance Compensation & Benefits: • $80,000 – $120,000 base salary + growth potential, • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, • 403(b) with company match, • PTO + 9 Holidays, • Flexible Schedule, • FSA & HSA options, • Employee Assistance Program Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Our organization incorporates a survey called Culture Index into our hiring process.
