Why join us? • Competitive compensation, • Bonus potential, • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), • Opportunities for growth Job Details Responsibilities • Manage all phases of commercial litigation, including case assessment, strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation/arbitration, and trial preparation., • Draft pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, and appellate briefs., • Take and defend depositions; argue motions in state and federal courts., • Develop and maintain strong client relationships; provide timely, practical advice aligned with business objectives., • Bar Admissions: New Jersey (required) and either New York or Pennsylvania (required)., • Minimum 3 years of substantive commercial litigation experience, including motion practice and depositions; trial or arbitration experience a plus., • Strong research and writing skills; comfort with courtroom appearances and client interaction., • Ability to manage competing deadlines and drive matters forward with minimal oversight., • Clerkship experience and/or federal practice experience welcomed but not required Interested in hearing more?
