Part-timeDescription Join Our Team as a Part-Time Pediatric Evaluator PT OT or SLP Location: Kendall Florida Office- 7990 SW 117th Ave Suite 125 Miami FL 33183 Salary: $37.00 $47.00 per hour (based on experience) Part-time: Preferred working hours are Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 1:45 PM up to 29 hours per week Easterseals Florida is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Therapist (PT/OT/SLP) to join our evaluation team in our Southernmost Coast Early Steps program. This position involves conducting developmental evaluations for children aged birth to three as part of the Florida Early Steps Program. Evaluations are interdisciplinary and focus on identifying eligibility for services and supporting optimal child development. The ideal candidate has experience with the 03 population values family-centered care and enjoys working collaboratively with caregivers and professionals to help each child reach their developmental potential. Responsibilities: • Conduct Part C eligibility evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans, • Provide early intervention therapy services in the childs natural environment (as needed), • Coach and support families in using everyday routines and activities to enhance their childs development, • Collaborate with a team of evaluators and other early intervention professionals Qualifications: • Masters degree in Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology, • Active Florida license in your professional discipline, • 12 years of relevant experience preferred, • Strong knowledge of infant and toddler development, • Florida Medicaid Provider Number and NPI Number preferred, • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, • Must meet driving requirements for work-related travel (minimum age 21 valid license clean driving record) What We Offer: • Flexible part-time schedule (up to 29 hours/week), • Live and on-demand professional development, • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), • 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan, • Easterseals Cares Wellness program, • Strong emphasis on work-life balance all work is completed collaboratively during scheduled hours with no work taken home., • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families and children Schedule: • Part-time position working up to 29 hours per week.
