These goals are primarily attained through the role that the program’s Academic Coaches play as a bridge between parents and schools. Job Description: The RSIP Program Assistant will work under the supervision of the RSIP Program Manager. The position provides grants management, administrative and program support to the RSIP program. Responsibilities may also include some direct support of clients within those programs.
