The BCBA pay rate for this position is $70-$75 per hour. The Behaviorist pay rate for this position is $60-$65 per hour. Position Summary: The BCBA is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing effective, individualized interventions for individuals with autism and behavior challenges. This role requires the ability to recognize and discuss signs of autism, as well as an understanding of diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum and behavioral disorder. As part of an interdisciplinary clinical team, the BCBA collaborates with other professionals to design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that promote skill development and improve quality of life for clients. Key Responsibilities • Supervise pickers and packers during 2nd shift operations, • Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time, • Support loading, unloading, and outbound shipping activities, • Monitor workflow, productivity, and order accuracy, • Train and support team members as needed, • Maintain safety, organization, and efficiency on the warehouse floor, • Step in and assist with warehouse operations when needed Requirements • Previous warehouse supervisor, lead, or team lead experience preferred, • Hands-on experience in picking, packing, shipping, and warehouse operations, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, • Strong attention to detail and accountability, • Reliable and able to lead by example, • Forklift experience is a plus, • Flexibility to stay later if needed
