Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE To perform this job successfully, an individual is required to perform each crucial job requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below: 4-year degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Wealth Management or a related field required. 10+ years’ worth of wisdom in banking, financial services preferred. Prior sales and new business development experience required. Management and recruiting of team members will be required over time. Proven experience advising clients of investments, pre- and post-retirement, education funding, and financial planning. CFP or similar professional designation preferred. FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses plus Series 65 or 66, plus NY Life & Health license are preferred, but not required. A background check will be conducted. • LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization. Ability to communicate to clients directly and effectively., • TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Ability to utilize telephone systems and possess good digital literacy including email, internet and intranet use.
