Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist, • Discipline: Allied Health Professional, • Start Date: 10/05/2025, • Duration: 13 weeks, • 40 hours per week, • Shift: 10 hours, days, • Employment Type: Travel Title: Cath Lab Tech Location: Rochester, NY Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day, 4x10-Hour (07:00 AM – 05:00 PM) Responsibilities: • Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures., • Support with cardiac implant closure devices, stent placement, PCI, PTCA, and atherectomy., • Assist with left and right heart catheterizations and IABP placement/removal., • Scrub in procedures, maintain sterile field, and act as room circulator., • Set up equipment and ensure sterile technique., • Interpret and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias., • Follow infection control and isolation precautions., • Provide care for middle adult and older adult patients., • Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience (unit accepts first-time travelers)., • Active NY state license required., • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT R, CCI RCIS.
