Job Description🔩 CNC Machinist – Multiple Shifts Available (Grow Your Skills!) 📍 Niagara Falls, NY 🕒 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, or 12‑Hour Rotating Shifts 🏭 Stable, Long‑Standing Industry Leader PAY: $24-29+/hr 🎯 About the Role Join a well‑established, ISO‑certified manufacturer as a CNC Machinist supporting the production of custom hydraulic cylinders used in critical mobile equipment. This is a great opportunity to build niche machining skills while working in a clean, organized, family‑feel environment with strong internal support. You’ll run high‑precision Okuma CNC lathes and turret lathes, make tooling changes and offsets, perform in‑process quality checks, and complete light program edits. If you want a stable career home with room to grow, this is it. 🛠 Key Responsibilities • Set up, run, and adjust CNC lathes and turret lathes, • Perform offsets, tooling changes, tolerance adjustments, and minor program edits, • Inspect machined parts using calipers, mics, gauges, etc., • Maintain close tolerances and follow ISO quality procedures, • Work within a team of 8 machinists, supporting production goals, • Communicate daily with leads, supervisors, and engineers, • Keep work area clean, organized, and aligned with safety standards✔ Must Haves, • 3+ years CNC machining experience, • Strong experience with lathes (Okuma preferred; Fanuc/Mazak a plus), • Ability to perform tooling changes, offsets, in‑process corrections, • Ability to perform light program edits (no full programming needed), • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, precision drawings, • Solid understanding of machining principles and shop math, • Able to troubleshoot and work independently, • Reliable and comfortable in a high‑volume manufacturing environment⭐ Additional (Nice to Have), • Experience with mills (Mazak, Fanuc), • Exposure to hydraulic cylinder machining, • Experience in a high‑mix or multi‑department environment, • Experience with ISO‑certified manufacturing environments🎁 Perks & Benefits, • Competitive pay + shift differentials, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) with 4% company match, • Stable, long‑standing industry leader with strong job security, • Family‑feel work culture with tight‑knit internal support, • Career growth into niche hydraulic machining capabilities, • Clean, organized facility with modern machining equipment, • Paid training, consistent overtime opportunities, and advancement potential🏭 Work Environment, • ISO‑certified manufacturing environment, • Specializes in custom-engineered welded body & telescopic hydraulic cylinders, • Clean, organized, safety‑focused facility, • Required PPE includes steel‑toed/composite boots (metatarsal guard provided), • Multiple shift options available:, • A Shift: Sun–Tue, 5:00 PM–6:00 AM, • B Shift: Wed–Fri, 5:00 PM–6:00 AM, • 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
